Metro Brokers (MB) is Colorado 's
only statewide, broker-owned real estate network. For over 30 years, Metro Brokers
has helped buyers and sellers in communities across the
state to make the most of
their real estate transactions.
Metro Brokers, Inc. was founded in 1976 by six brokers who believed they could benefit from running independent real estate companies under an umbrella organization that would link them together. That concept has proven very successful.
Metro Brokers' Shareholders are real estate brokers who own and operate their own companies using the MBI trademark and logo. Metro Brokers, Inc. has certain procedures that must be followed for both membership and new-office approval. However, the Association has virtually no rules or regulations that govern the internal operation of an office. Those decisions are made by the office owners and/or the Shareholders. Of course, when requested, MBI does offer assistance.
